FOLLOWING on from its recent glitzy London unveiling, Nissan has now released pricing and specification details for its hotly anticipated latest generation Qashqai. When the mid-size SUV goes on sale in January prices will start from £17,595 and rise to £27,845, and buyers will have a choice of four trim levels. Jaguar XE S revealed in Jaguar’s ‘Feel XE’ Project launch
Jaguar Land Rover has taken to the ‘celebrity launch’ with a vengeance in recent years, enlisting a wide range of faces from Victoria Beckham (and David in China) to Daniel Craig by way of Lana del Rey and a bunch of acting villains. And they’re at it again with the new Jaguar XE. Jaguar has launched their FEEL XE marketing campaign for the XE today, ahead of its debut in London on 8 September, and are putting the talented Emeli Sandé at the front, although there will also be appearances by Stella McCartney and Idris Elba as the XE campaign progresses.
Gordon Murray, the famous McLaren Formula One and McLaren F1 road car designer, and bike-builder Yamaha unveiled the MOTIV.e at the Tokyo Motor Show. The MOTIV is a hot take on a city car in the vein of the Smart ForTwo and Aston Martin Cygnet. Multiple versions of the MOTIV could be produced, with both electric and gas power.
